Innova offers an independent channel to receive and investigate complaints made by our employees, clients and suppliers, of any irregularities they may observe.
The channel is external to our Company and operated by a company of worldwide renown. We are thus complying with the Brazilian Anticorruption Law, 12.846/2013, which deals with best practices in Compliance. We also ensure the protection of the whistleblower by offering anonymity and information security. Above all, we believe that transparency generates well-being.
